Let’s start with the owner. Rob was personable, professional, and responsive to all questions and concerns. We wanted to change the look of our kitchen and it involved going from white the dark cabinets with different hardware. The process was explained in detail. We got what we thought was a reasonable quote for an awful lot of detailed work and moved forward.
