Paid 120 just to get permission to go see a GI doctor. Took blood pressure and i said symptoms and i needed a referral to go see a GI doctor and all he did was agree Waste of time and money
The staff's behavior towards customers is very rude
Appointment scheduled since February, a month in advance, I needed a EKG and was sent here by my doctor. I feel like someone owes me for my time wasted! If you miss an appointment you get a charge, over 2 HOURS i waited in that overcrowded waiting room, no breakfast no food, not a notice of what was happening. They took me back, took a vital, and there I sat all alone, FOR ALMOST TWO LONG HOURS! It’s a house. They have gone way down hill since Fred isn’t there. Bad service. They tried to bill 300 for a visit and after multiple calls, they verified 0 balance. I’m going somewhere else. Not the same as it used to be. Avoid
Doctor Carpenter is excellent. Unfortunately, their business as a whole needs help. Rude staff answers the phone if they even answer. Extremely difficult to speak with anyone here. Placed on hold for 10-20 minutes at a time, again, if they even answer the phone. Having to see a doctor can be one of the most horrific things someone has to do in this life. Courteous and caring service goes a long way in this industry and that is something a majority of Doctors offices lack.
