This builder does not respect any property owners that he builds next to. Scott’s workers trespassed our yard and damage our proper under Scott’s guidance, which is completely unacceptable. This builder is also unaware of Colorado laws such as grading your yard so your water run off doesn’t just flow into the neighbors yard. He also did not follow the PUD for the neighborhood. Do not buy from or use him he did not deserve your business
The shop had a positive energy.
Good place to buy milk and bread.
I’ve attempted to get ahold of Liz many many times and she has not returned any of my calls or messages.
I do not recommend this company to anyone!
