I only gave one star becuse there is not a way to put anything less. Super dissapointed with John Cancelliere and Von Rohr. I had hopes that he would be a man of honor and fullfill his obligation to us. We sold him some equipment in January of 2025. In good faith we sent it. He has never paid for this equipment. The best mesh cage to lock up tools! Ask for Sam at the counter. He is my hero.
I left a Ridgid pro-press tool to be fixed at Von Rohr located at 44 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd East Orange, New Jersey, at the beginning of December 2023, and until now, 06-28-2024 I didn’t get my tool back. I have been there more than five times and called them multiple times without success. Everyone blames Ridgid. I don’t know what else I can do about it. I’m very disappointed.
BEWARE FUTURE VENDORS. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY THEIR INVOICES. THEY OWE ME $6500 FROM PRODUCT THEY ORDERED LAST JULY.
