Poor leadership that affects both staff and patients. Nurses are often assigned far more patients than is reasonable—sometimes up to 20 per day—which compromises both care quality and staff well-being. The new software system is a complete mess. Staff were forced to switch to it without proper training, and access to the older, more familiar system was cut off without notice. This caused a lot of stress and confusion. Horrible place to work. Unprofessional staff that are incompetent and don't communicate or do their jobs well. Clients are pretty awful too
After having triple by-pass surgery, the VON nurses Sophia has seen me 3 or 4 times now and I want to complement her on her professional and empathetic approach to caring. I would recommend her to management as someone who would be a terrific teacher. Gracia Sophia
