Von Should have a rating system for clients to give their psw. Its shocking how different one is with the other. Some clean in 7 mins (in and out the door) some do it for 40 mins and leave pops all clean and fresh. Thankful for the service regarless
The first appointment i had was told 1pm get there they told me it was 11:30am, to recall to book an appointment, called they told me it was 11:10am my appointment was. Booked another day, the nurse was good, changed my bangages for me and check my virtual as my breast surgery was bad ended up with two more surgery back to back, spended a week in hospital as i could of died. Poor leadership that affects both staff and patients. Nurses are often assigned far more patients than is reasonable—sometimes up to 20 per day—which compromises both care quality and staff well-being. The new software system is a complete mess. Staff were forced to switch to it without proper training, and access to the older, more familiar system was cut off without notice. This caused a lot of stress and confusion. Horrible place to work. Unprofessional staff that are incompetent and don't communicate or do their jobs well. Clients are pretty awful too
