Horrible place to work. Unprofessional staff that are incompetent and don't communicate or do their jobs well. Clients are pretty awful too
After having triple by-pass surgery, the VON nurses Sophia has seen me 3 or 4 times now and I want to complement her on her professional and empathetic approach to caring. I would recommend her to management as someone who would be a terrific teacher. Gracia Sophia
The higiene level is very poor! Beds nit cleaned. They cover the dirt with the paper to hide it. In two occasions I demanded that they cleaned it before laying down. It’s disgusting! No wonder so many people get infections!
