Contractor came to my house, helped me get set up with a claim, and then more or less ghosted. He came out a few other times but would not share information on his quotes, only that the inspection by insurance "wasn't enough to cover the work". When I tried to get in contact with him for a re-inspection, he was unresponsive for weeks - finally, I gave him a call and he said it was now too late in the winter to do a reinspection.
