Was impossible to get consistant services due to staff being on leave. Was bounced all over ontario for 1 year. Was able to find rocket doctor to help with specialized services. Now i am being told because of multiple providers i am under review and have to go to emerg to get any services. They didn't check with me as to the nature of what was being address.
Carol the receptionist goes above and beyond for patients!! Our community has experienced a significant shortage of medical professionals for quite some time. However, even with staff shortages Carol has always endured & has been so well prepared & helpful while remaining so caring for each patient. I’m so grateful to have such a caring medical team! Thank you VON!
I am so pleased with how thorough and caring she was. She is 10 times better than any Doctor i have dealt with previously.
