I’ll be honest, we had our differences concerning the way they do things and about the care I needed for my husband. They are willing to give you the help you need when you enter their program but when you do need the actual help they seemed to have excuses. Had pain for a long time in a specific area, Genevieve Courant was very unprofessional and impatient when trying to figure out what to do. She seems very inexperienced and she didn't know what to do herself and would ask me what I want to do. I was also laughed at when talking about how severe the pain was getting, she took everything I said lightly and just said "Well you've had the same pain in that area for a while" but if she was an experienced nurse I would expect some sort of progress to help me. The nurse practitioners are fantastic, very personal and professional ! Wendy the secretary is so accommodating and very polite. Have been a patient/client now for 15 years and would recommend The Sudbury VON to anybody !
