Mitsubishi’s 10 year warranty is a scam!!! Our car has had a problem starting ever since we bought it brand new from the Bowen Hills branch and they refuse to fix it. The vehicle demonstrated the problem in front of their Service Advisor and he said “it’s normal”. I’ve raised it with management, supplied these videos to them and I’ve even made a complaint directly with Mitsubishi Australia and they won’t do anything either. I went to their Service Centre yesterday and am delighted to say that all of my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross concerns so far from August, were met with 100% satisfaction today! 👍👍 Of course machines require good maintenance so looking forward to future best services 🙂 A big thanks to Kevin, Ryan & Jay Suban. 16 Oct 2025.
Buyer beware. The team at Von Bibra gave me a great deal (according to them). When I went online and checked the same build through the Mitsubishi website, it was $100.00 cheaper. They said they gave me free mats but if I paid $100 more than the online price are they really free? I also questioned the rate of finance as that seemed awfully high.
