I recently had my first service visit to KIA Robina. The curbside check in was very efficient and quick experience with Isabella as my service assistant. It was an easy confirmation of my details and she explained exactly what was to happen in the time frame I required. I received a text the vehicle was ready and it being my first KIA and EV service, the EV3 was fully charged and washed upon my arrival to pick it up.
