Kane was fantastic and made the experience very easy. Would recommend and would get my next car with him. Jac oasis is very well put together and hope the wife has it for many good years.

This service center is absolutely terrible. My car had 2,000 km on it when the wiper arm just fell of out off nowhere. I called them expecting a simple replacement, but they didn’t even bother to check if it was a manufacturing defect—on a brand-new car! Instead, they immediately refused warranty coverage and told me I’d just have to order and wait for new stock from Japan. How can a service center not even keep basic parts like wiper arms in stock? A complete waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs!
