WASTE OF TIME!!! Von Bibra Robina service centre has been beyond terrible the last few visits. On our 25k service earlier this year. We dropped our car off at 9am. Promised pickup by 2pm due to my partners shift starting at 3pm in Coolangatta. No communication in regard to where the car was tracking. We called at 2.30pm asking if the car would be ready soon, with a “we are unsure”. I call again at 4.04pm. “We don’t have a car under that registration or name”. Very disappointed with the customer service and the price of the spark plug replacement the price of 4 nickel spark plugs is 40 dollars they charged me 237 dollars the price of the battery was a.fair price and the service fee was also a fair price they wanted to charge me 1,100 dollars which I was unhappy with so ended up paying 900 dollars. These guys are champions, helped get my car on the road after an urgent service required for a long trip up north. They got my car through early as requested, and the courtesy bus was was so handy. I felt like they really cared about customer service and helping me meet my deadlines for travel.
Terrible experience with an inconsistent unsafe break service. Breaks we're not recorded unsafe, we were told they where fine, this has effectively put myself and others at risk on the roads. I have contacted the service centre manager several times and also the Von Bibra general manager. Still no response, this clearly shows care factor of zero this company clearly does not take customer service or safety seriously. Be aware if you choose to use this service centre.
I am giving this a 2 star because they washed the outside of my car and blackened the tyres. The service took over 6 hours . I have been a customer of VB Robina since 2010. I have never encountered such a wait for a service ever . My car is only 9 months old so had nothing major to fix except change the oil and filter. I questioned the receptionist when it reached 6 hours and asked what took so long . I had booked the car in over a week ago , so it wasn’t like it was short notice or they had to try and fit me in .
