I just wanted to say a big thanks to Almoro from Von Bibra Car Service. I wasn’t too happy about needing another service so soon after a recent fix, but he really went out of his way to help. He took the time to explain things clearly and even called around to find the part I needed at a more affordable price. Really appreciated his effort and genuine care. great customer service!

This was the first time I’d ever taken my car in for a service myself, as my husband usually handles it, so I was a little apprehensive and unsure of what to expect. During the service booking process, the representative was unable to provide information regarding milestone-based service pricing and could not advise on the destinations covered by the shuttle service. For other vehicle brands I own, this type of information is standard and forms an important part of the service booking experience. I raise this as constructive feedback, as access to clear and consistent information would significantly improve customer confidence and overall service quality.

I’ve had my car service here since new and had my 120,000 service carried out and got a Shock Bill of $1287. I questioned this obviously and was told at the service desk it’s a big service but I did the ‘Big Service’ at 90,000 so why the huge cost ? Later I checked with multiple top car mechanic businesses and all quoted me from $550-$687 for the EXACT same service ! WASTE OF TIME!!! Von Bibra Robina service centre has been beyond terrible the last few visits. On our 25k service earlier this year. We dropped our car off at 9am. Promised pickup by 2pm due to my partners shift starting at 3pm in Coolangatta. No communication in regard to where the car was tracking. We called at 2.30pm asking if the car would be ready soon, with a “we are unsure”. I call again at 4.04pm. “We don’t have a car under that registration or name”.
