Booked service online to drop off at a certain times and pick up at a certain time 4 hours total. Got told when we arrived it would be at least 4hrs more. We live to far away to go home as didn't plan that it would be that long. No apologies just it wouldn't happen in the time that was booked. I said well fix your online booking as that is what we were sent in our booking details. Wasted a whole day and did not even clean inside.
I just wanted to say a big thanks to Almoro from Vin Bibra Car Service. I wasn’t too happy about needing another service so soon after a recent fix, but he really went out of his way to help. He took the time to explain things clearly and even called around to find the part I needed at a more affordable price. Really appreciated his effort and genuine care. great customer service!
I dont recommend getting your car serviced at the MG car service.! They are extremely disorganised, absolutely no communication at all. Confirmation message says takes up to 4-5 hours my car hadn't even been started until the 7 hour mark. Don't bother with the wash they do a quick 2min job dont actually wash your car i watched my car go over and come back from it. Great service
Worst service I’ve ever received, needed my car 5 times to diagnose a problem over 6 months then they misdiagnosed it, and had zero understanding of how inconsiderate it is for me to get my car there 5 times in work hours and didn’t offer any compensation or help regarding that fact. Just glad I won’t have to deal with them ever again because I will not buy another car from this von Bibra.
