Ordered a simple part for my car over 6 months ago, still every time I call about it all I get is a "we'll call you back". Going to MyCar they had me sorted in literally 2 days. Terrible service, so disappointed.
We really enjoyed our experience with VB. It’s nice to deal with a young and enthusiastic team who enjoy what they do and are very helpful and knowledgeable in the process.
I dealt with Rob at Suzuki and I have had the most seamless experience. No pressure was put on me, he answered all my questions and informed me of things I didn’t know that were valuable for my situation. Turn over time was about 2 weeks and I’m so excited to be picking up my brand new car tomorrow :)
