Don’t waste your time with Ashmore Nissan service department. Unless a computer gives them a code they’re completely unable to diagnose and fix a vehicle with a warranty issue, then charge you because ‘there’s nothing wrong’. This is dispute presenting a car that won’t start, with multiple recordings of the issue Staff are rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favour and find a good local mechanic or another ethical Nissan dealership.
we recently purchased a Qashqai for my wife at Von Bibra Ashmore. Jazz and Tom were great to deal with. initial contact with Jazz was first class and he was never pushy and very good . he handed us over to Tom when my wife was ready to buy the car. Tom was very good too.
Thomas sold us a Qashqai, he was informative, polite and not pushy at all. Thomas product knowledge was great and showed an genuine interest in helping us find the right car, our initial contact was with Jazz who also was extremely helpful
The friendly and respectful service given to me by Luke while I was looking for a second hand car was second to none! Thank you Luke for giving me the opposite experience usually expected of used car sales, you were brilliant.
