We had an absolute roller coaster ride when we bought our brand new y62, it was in terrible condition when we got it, full of swirl marks ( mainly from Lowco customs) water spots, Jazz was disgusting to deal with, i would not buy another car from them while he still works there, he ruined the whole new car experience for us

Great experience with the team when purchasing my Nissan XTrail E-Power however buyers please keep this in mind when purchasing - there is no spare tyre in this car. I questioned this when purchasing and was told Nissan Roadside assistance is fantastic. FAIL - flat tyre 40 minutes from home 11pm on a Friday night. Nissan Roadside called a tow track to take my car to a yard and I had to Uber home. The following day I had to arrange for the car to be towed to a tyre shop.
