I just picked up my brand new ride from Nissan Ashmore, i dealt with Simon (for the car) and Jimmy (for the finance)! During a 30k service on our new X Trail my wife noted a steering pull when turning the corner. The service departments answer was to charge $86.36 in addition to the cap price service to take the problem tyres of the front and not so much as to check or balance them and place them on the rear. Furthermore the weights on the front tyres lasted less than 10kms before the fell off. Now we have a car that doesn’t steer and vibrates. Very poor car servicing itself. For a supposed cap price service 30,000km and oil change, with wheel rotation and balancing included, extra charge was added to that and in addition, it wasnt done properly ( weight in the front left tyre came out after we drove for less than 5 km after the service). No care factor when we made a complaint about it.
Tom at Nissan was great to deal with. Enjoyed my test drive. He knew his stuff and we put a deposit down on a Nissan Z that afternoon.
