I had a wonderful experience with Caitlin at this beautifully curated jewelry store in Stowe. I was only in town for a few days and the earrings I was looking for were not in stock. Caitlin managed to get them into the store within days. She was delightful, professional, and patient as I browsed. Even though she brought the earrings in, I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Additionally she was knowledgeable about the artist. It’s a special store made even more so with such lovely assistance.
Von Bargen’s is by far the best, most reliable and trusted jewelry store we’ve ever known. The quality of product, service and staff are incredible. They personalize service, email us personal notes when they know our favorite jeweler will be doing a trunk show (ours is Alex Sepkus!) and remember our names and what we’ve previously purchased.
