We have been using Von Aries for our dogs grooming for almost 4 years. We now have 3, I always request that they are all together while waiting for their turn. My dogs were there this week, I requested a little change in their haircuts and was it was no problem at all. Amanda took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting. I was so happy with how they turned out!! Amanda did an amazing job on all 3 of them!! Will continue to use them for our grooming needs.
They are great! The friendly staff really cares about your pet. I was pleasantly surprised when they returned my dog's blanket fresh and laundered. Competitive pricing.

We brought our dog here to be groomed one time and they bruised him so bad our veterinarian said his skin was dying in four places. He suffered terribly and the vet bills were expensive. The owners of Von Aries were very rude and didn’t seem to care about what had happened and refused to pay the bills. We had to sue them to get our money. Von Aries was found negligent in the grooming.
My whole family takes all our dogs to Von Aries for both grooming and boarding. We have never had anything but wonderful experiences. They explained what the days look like at the kennels for the dog, and all the interaction they get. We are so confident that they get the best treatment possible!
I took my dog to Von Aries to be groomed one time. He left there so bruised his skin started to die in four places. My vet was so upset she called them herself to ask what they had done to him. Long story short I had to sue them (and won) to get them to pay. They were rude to us and don’t seem to care about dogs at all. My dog went through a terrible ordeal. I only gave them a star because zero isn’t an option.
