I’ve been using VON for my appendix removal aftercare, and they’ve been great! I’m always seen in a timely manner, and the staff is extremely friendly and competent.
These people are a joke!! I just had major surgery and was released six days ago. They are supposed to come every day to check on me and change my dressings. They called me when I got home and told me to go to their office. Upon arrival no one was in the waiting room but I still had to wait a half hour to be seen. They take me to a room that has supplies just dumped on the counters and the guy that was supposed to change my dressings couldn't even put his gloves on properly.
