Great experience shopping/tasting here. My family likes the oil for cooking, and they have some great gift setups.
Louis and Melisa are world class hosts. They are incredibly inviting when you walk in the store and make you feel at home. Melisa is so creative she helped us find Fassmix Raspberry Syrup that we use in La Bleue (suisse) or Blanche which is based on an old Suisse absinthe cocktail we have been looking for locally for years. There is so much Vom Fass has to offer for someone like me and my friends that love absinthe and specialty ingredients that pair well with it (which is not easy to find).
Love tasting, and pairing the oils and vinegars.
