I Called in the am asking for a quote for a timing belt and water pump work on a car I’m purchasing. For some reason the person on the phone was extremely rude and snarky . I asked him if I can get the parts my self, he told me that we don’t do that shit and this is not a restaurant….i’ve never dealt with a shop that would speak to a customer like this especially one that was a prospect.
I have a 2008 s60 and Paul is the only mechanic to service my volvo. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and reasonable and trustworthy that's why I still come to this Well Oiled Machine. Regards Maryann Caminiti
