DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEN ARGUE WITH YOU WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT ON IT. BEWARE.
Website shows they're open until 11pm but they actually close at 5pm. Makes for a very pleasant experience when they sell you the wrong part when you gave them the VIN #. Then when you try to get it replaced they're closed even though they advertise being open until 11pm.
Lately they have being getting worse and worse with their service, used to come here before and it was good but with time they got more greedy and more sloppy with their work, picked up my truck partially disassembled , the clamps were not tight enough so things started to fall apart the minute I started to drive had to turn around to get things tighten so I can keep going to get to another shop to finish their sloppy job, not to mention they wanted to charge $2000 for EGR valve which only costs $900 in a part store, so like... read more
Do NOT get your truck repaired here!! My truck has been in their shop for over 4 weeks for only minor repairs. I had to call them after my truck had been there for over a week just to get an estimate. Every time I call they say it will be done "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Their service advisors are terrible! The quality of work is poor too. Stay away!
