Have owned two Volvo . Wanted to purchase a new Volvo 40 . Had a terrible experience at Volvo With the finance Manager. Was told we’re not welcome at the dealership. The finance manager said he would never help us . Totally unprofessional.
My dealer is southeast Volvo but I put one engine light check service request accidentally at west Houston Volvo here. I was think maybe give them a try. But when I call to confirm the reservation around 11 today, the lady was not friendly. Besides, she told me there is no way to get engine light check on Saturday, I need to drop the car there. In short, stay away from this dealership and buyer beware. My wife and I leased an XC40 here in 2020. To be fair, the purchase experience went great but that was the last positive interaction we had here. Interaction #1 In 2021, my wife brought the car in because the brake peddle was pulsing during braking. We both know that is not normal.
