The vehicle
This is the 3rd volvo i purchase, and i been happy with them... i went to recently do some work on my vehicle and I got to meet the director of the service department... ill tell you this i rather drive farther for service than ho back... fake customer service is bad customer service... a friendly attitude towards customer and employees goes a long way. I wonder is volvo standing up for their name here? Genuinely lexus had given me better service all around.
Car was not taken in to inspect until after 10:00. Our appointment was at 9:15,. The video suggested a replacement for a part and that someone would come discuss the findings with us. No one came. It is now 11:00 and we are still waiting. Worst service in all the times I have come to the service department.
Fantastic Service @ Principle Volvo! Going on a summer-long road trip in my '22 Volvo XC60 Recharge T8. The dealership I bought it from couldn't give me an appt until July. However, Principle got "Agnetha" road-ready within 3 DAYS of calling to make the appt! But, it gets even better... My old Volvo (2013 S80) needed a connector replaced on one of the low beam lamps.
