Bought a part and it last about 8 months. Company didn't honor warranty
Bought a replacement wheel (rim) and paid for overnight shipping which still made it cheaper than the dealership.
I bought some crossbars prior to a 9 day road trip. Before ordering, I confirmed with customer service that they would make it to me in a timely manner. Steve responded within minutes informing me they would make it. When they arrived, the box was badly damaged: with a dent in the bars, missing a manual, missing keys and already had a rubber strip trimmed & installed across the bars. I suspect these were returns (the rubber strip as I found out from my local Volvo dealer comes uninstalled & untrimmed). I could've worked with... read more
