The original salesman sold me a service package for 4 services over 3 years. After less than 3 years, I booked a service and they said the package expired, because it started on the "service date" defined by them, not the date I bought the car and the policy. First of all, why would the policy cover the dates before the vehicle was sold? In other words, I was also paying for the policy period before I even had possession.
