Genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Trevor was amazing to work with and really went to bat for us when it came down to locking in a deal. Amazingly fast and efficient communication! Will definitely be a loyal customer after this 10/10 experience.
Had an obscure question about wheel bolts/fitment for my '25 XC90 - Jerome went and took photos of the actual bolts I needed, sent them to me, confirmed that what I had was correct for the wheels I was looking for, didn't try to upsell me on anything and gave me solid advice for what to check. Saved me time and at a bunch of money I didn't need to spend. Dropping off a case of beer for him next time I'm in the shop for service. 10 stars dude
We picked up our new XC40 today from Volvo Cars Richmond and wanted to thank Nick Ng, Sam Song, and Betty Zhu for the excellent experience. The car is for my elderly mother-in-law, who was anxious about switching from Lexus to Volvo. Nick was incredibly patient. He even found a quiet road so she could test drive, which she never does. I had been in the market for a vehicle for a while but after coming to Volvo and meeting with Kartik, the choice was obvious. Kartik was super thorough on the model I was interested in (the 40) and made sure to walk me through the entire leasing process. The overall experience was lovely and I could not recommend Kartik enough.
Simply touch their online chat feature and they'll spam you with stuff you didn't authorize or ask for...Then you engage with the dealer anyways and the trade-in offer is produced at 60% of my vehicle's value. Seems shady and sloppy.
