Honestly everyone was very nice. There to pick out a used car for my daughter. The car was in good shape. However on top of a documentation fee you also have to also pay for a VIP package. Includes a short term warranty ($800) with a full tank of gas. This extra charge was listed on there website as long as you read everything. Unfortunately this struck cord with me.
