I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Volvo Cars Markham. Staff showed poor attitude and lacked basic knowledge of Volvo’s service policies and programs. Even simple questions about the Volvo Increased Protection plan and rental benefits could not be answered properly. 2025.08.16 Bought both my two XC60s from Volvo Downtown. Unionville dealership is 2 min drive from home. Logical to have servicing concerns here rather than drive downtown. Gave them a try. Never have had any problems with the team here – Connie, Shanna, Kelvin and another fellow. Have interacted with all of them. They are all excellent. They have resolved the minor issues I have had every time even when I dropped in without an appointment to ask a question. Their Service Department takes honors for Fraud Cars are not being serviced as your being charged You really need to get a mechanic to check what you paid for and nothing was done but I was billed with no problem.Got home and noticed the service department didn't even open the hood. Volvo Canada refuses to assist with this matter.
