Their Service Department takes honors for Fraud Cars are not being serviced as your being charged You really need to get a mechanic to check what you paid for and nothing was done but I was billed with no problem.Got home and noticed the service department didn't even open the hood. Volvo Canada refuses to assist with this matter.
