I attended the dealership to pick up ordered parts, specifically an XC40 hood and fender. I parked beside the Shipping and Receiving area and spent some time unpacking and loading the parts into my vehicle. Due to the size and weight of the items, the process took longer than usual. As I was preparing to leave, I noticed that my driver's side mirror had been folded backward and damaged.
