They are extremely rude! Will miss inform you as to how long it will take just to hold you from going anywhere else. Will tell you that they have openings that day, but when you go in to get a small thing done, they will say it may take 2 days to a week. When i said thats unprofessional and they they should disclose the time it will take when calling to make an appointment. the employees Michael and Crystal lauged at me after saying it was unprofessional.
