I bought a certified pre-owned Volvo XC90 from this dealership, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. The salesman, Steven Baldassare, promised to include winter tires with the purchase. However, the tires were removed before delivery. Despite his repeated assurances that he would ship them, they never arrived, and he has now stopped responding to my calls. I'm taking legal action to resolve this, and I want to warn others to be careful when dealing with this dealership
