Buying a car is a stressful experience. When you add sales staff who don't know what they're talking about or are unhelpful, it becomes much worse. My partner and I bought a used car from here (not a Volvo) in October 2025. We drove from Ontario as the price was right for us and we needed to move fairly quickly. Friend bought a car here last month. Mold issues, brake issues, didn’t pass the Ontario certification process because of all the issues. Bad customer service, refusals, denials, and patently false accusations. What a brutal experience for her. After years of struggle and recovery from brain injury, she is trying to buy a safe car and is confronted with complication and abuse. So far Park Avenue has not made things right.
