So disgusted by how the service dept nickel and dimes you after charging exorbitant prices for very basic services. A 3% additional credit card fee? $4 per gallon for the loaner car? By the way—nothing shared until after the fact. I will never use their service department again. It almost makes me regret buying a Volvo.
Horrible service! Bought a brand new car that gets water in the headlights. They changed the lights and still happens so they tried to say it’s normal. Basically told me I’m beat. This is my 2nd brand new car purchase in 2 years but never again. The vice President Jeremy Abramson was a nasty jerk. Richie, John and Frank did nothing to help besides telling me it’s normal to have water in headlights on a 26 xc90. The manager John admitted it’s not normal but didn’t help me either. Terrible customer service from management to regular service employees. Do not buy a car for them they are the worst. They promised you the world and once you leave with the car they don't wanna know you or help you, Mind I bought two brand new Volvos in the last two years from them. The service manager Richie Nelson and the gm John deangelis , frank nolan, and Jeremy abramson are all very arrogant nasty unprofessional people and there suppose to represent Volvo of white plains disgusting.
Always professional and friendly, both on the phone and in person.
