This is very bad service, last Monday I drop my car for service it’s already 4 days and today they text me There is no technician available to check my car. They need a few more days, they hold my car for four days and then letting me know they don’t have technician available to check my car that my question is why they are taking appointment if you have no technician available in the service center why are you killing my time cause I am working with this carVolvo is bad car and bad service Center

We have been loyal customers of this service center for many years and have always associated the high prices with quality service. With our last maintenance visit, we were completely let down. First, the sway bar links weren’t correctly replaced (a service that was furthermore completely unnecessary) and we received a faulty and possibly unsafe vehicle. Do not bring your vehicle to this Service Center. Period. Find somewhere else. My experience bringing my vehicle to this shop over the past few months has been nothing but frustrating, draining, and disappointing. I brought my Volvo to be serviced here after experiencing stalling while the car was idle. Big mistake. They charged me $4,000 in repairs that, in hindsight, were unnecessary and entirely unhelpful. Stay away from this place! Take your business elsewhere. Only if it had been possible to give less than one star...... Extremely disrespectful, horrible, and unprofessional place to buy/trade a vehicle. Complete waste of time. I bought and traded vehicles several times in the past and I have never been treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. They think people are stupid. Almost equal to scammers.
