Serviced here for the first time. Good experience from start to finish. Had a loan car while my car was being serviced. The video report on the car was a nice touch.
5 stars are not enough to praise this service. From making an appoint phone call to picking up my car, there were no faults or unpleasant moments. It was very smooth operation and quick. The person attending me I think his name is Collon?? (Unsure). He was very knowledgeable in cars, respectful and polite. Just a nice gentleman feeling. I have seen him a few time in the Volvo centre, he always attended me with above expectations.
