Had our break pads replaced and within a week had a busted CV boot, took the car back to Woodleys who said they would try and get it fixed under warranty. 2 weeks went past no response, we followed up with a phone call to be told they had not heard from Volvo Australia and they couldn’t tell us if or when they would. Called back weekly for updates and still nothing. Tried logging a request online directly to Volvo as suggested by Woodleys. These guys are good... Very good. My business has a long history of dealing with dealerships and I have many relationships with a variety of dealerships. Mitchell in the service department is an asset to the company. It's the little things that make the difference. I can't fault the customer service. There is no Volvo dealership in Coffs Harbour but that makes no difference. The road trip to Tamworth is not a problem when the service experience at the other end is 5 star. Well done to Woodley's Group.
Was travelling through Tamworth needed some spares the service I got from the dealership and spare parts was awesome I was very happy to deal with them
