After taking my 16 year old Volvo XC-60 with 105,000 miles to a local mechanic, two times within a week for loud grinding noise, they told me I needed various parts replaced so I okay’s the repair. Do not bother attempting to purchase from this dealership if you don’t live in the immediate area. I began working a deal with Chris on Monday to purchase a vehicle and I made it very clear from the start that I was a serious buyer, but I live 5 hours away and wouldn’t be able to make it into the dealership until Saturday. Terrible dealership, they will give you numbers for a car and set up an appointment for you to buy and pick up your car and then sell the car they promised you and try to switch it out with another one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!
Absolutely the worst service department in the world. Niccole Parraga and Thomas Johnston are the worst service advisors I have ever interacted with, they will do everything in their power to up-charge you and blatantly rip you off with absolutely 0 regard for you as a customer. The dealership preys on its customers who have recently exited their warranty periods, they will do everything in their power to squeeze out of every dollar for unneeded repairs and will never take accountability for their own mistakes.
