We recently had a relatively minor problem with our 2025 1/2 Volvo XC-90 Hybrid that required our taking it to the local Dealership. Chris Alvarez "took us in" immediately, as soon as we arrived at approx. 3:45 PM in an effort to determine why our SUV failed to charge overnight, when we the SUV had been on charge for about 18 hours the previous evening plus. Over the years we worked with several Volvo dealers this week we bought our seventh Volvo a new XC 90. Our experience with Jonathan, Kristian and the rest of the team was great. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced and made the whole process easy and quick. We look forward to working with again on our next car.
We worked very closely with Pedro Sanchez to purchase my new EX 90. From our first encounter to signing my name on the papers and the training on the vehicle, Pedro has been attentive, thorough, respectful and informed. There were some hiccups in the pricing process but ultimately able to complete the deal. We give him top ratings.
Stay away from Volvo. Stay away from Volvo Cars Tampa as well. Having bought, sold and traded more than 40 cars, 2 of which were purchased here, we know good cars/dealers from bad. The sales side went OK aside from a botched tint job they do out in the open so dirt got behind the film, which they wouldn’t pay to replace, rather. “Redo” it the same way.
