Unfortunately our experience started solid but we won’t be returning. We bought a c70 for our daughter her car she wanted when she turned 16. We had a few repairs that needed done along the way being an older car understandable. Did them all at Tampa Volvo no issues. But found recently that they don’t stand behind their service. The car needed a headliner repair which can be complicated on that car. They took me back before completing service because they wanted me there to make sure the convertible top went up and down. Volvo on Dale Mabry was a 12/10 car shopping experience. Car shopping is an activities I dread, however, the entire team at Volvo made this an incredibly pleasant experience from top to bottom. Horrible service department. Customer service is a 0 out of 10. Manager could not care less about department and the people who work there have no idea what they are doing. Will never buy from this company again.
