Horrendous post sales customer service. My car came with 2 keys and one has been faulty since I picked it up and requires replacement (confirmed by Volvo service department). I was told the sales team need to approve the warranty claim before they can order one in, and now 2 months later they still haven’t confirmed this or ordered one in. The staff keep passing on the blame and responsibility to other people in the team and I am getting no where. Very unprofessional service.
My experience with MCM Sutherland Parts, especially Anthony, was appalling. They sent the wrong mirror for my Volvo XC60 despite clear instructions. Attempts to resolve this were met with silence. I returned the incorrect part with proof, but they ignored my follow-ups, didn’t refund, and seemed to hope the issue would just disappear.
