Sales team are absolutely fabulous. Unfortunately that’s where it stops. Manager does not care about customers he’s sold faulty cars to. Bought an EX30 in 2024. In January 2026, a recall was issued on the battery and customers advised not charge the battery more than 70%. 6 months on, Volvo can not advise when the issue will be fixed. Volvo happy to stop selling their faulty cars because of the issue but won’t fix the issue or compensate owners that have bought a car. Jake was a fantastic salesman and was attentive to our new vehicle needs. He worked with us on getting the important features we wanted in a new car and was helpful when negotiating a reasonable new vehicle price and for the trade-in value for our old car.
