Great service. My wife and I just purchased a demo ex40 and we couldn't have been happier with how things played out. The car is great, Rhys was easy and "non salesy" to deal with so what is normally a stressful, unenjoyable process, was fast/ easy AND enjoyable from day one to the day we picked up the car. It's so rare that you can praise a company for great service, even rarer one that provides an exceptional level! Congratulations to Brian, Steve Key and the entire team in the Southern Highlands. If you are considering Volvo there is no other dealership in the country that comes close to these top performers. Massive shout out to Errol from the service department. We’ve had ongoing issues with our new Volvo xc40 - bought in Sydney. Mosman Volvo was honestly useless, nasty and petty. Denied every warranty claim. Errol single handedly resolved our issues (under warranty) and even went as far as to give us a new loan car for the day.
