Such a great experience we had with the service centre over the Christmas /new year break, whilst other centres we closed they were able to cater for us during a breakdown whilst on holidays from Sydney. thanks to all the staff for getting us on our way and finding and fixing the problem quickly and attentively. would highly recommend this centre, to the point that I would come down from Sydney for the day just to let them service our Volvo . thanks again. Terrible service. Rhys was unprofessional and reflected a 90's used car salesman. He was arrogant. He would not negotiate off RRP. We bought our Volvo from Sam at Five Dock who was professional and represented a luxury brand. He was open and direct. I recommend you test drive at the Mossvale location if you live locally and then call Five Dock to do buy the car and the best is, they deliver!
