Peter Doyle looked after us beautifully. Can’t recommend Volvo South Yarra highly enough. The whole team were very professional and efficient.
Booked my Polestar in weeks ago to fix a rattle and arranged a loan car at the time. Went for a drive with the advisor to diagnose but only did a short local drive — the rattle happens at higher speeds. Was then told I’d need to rebook and leave it for a few days, even though that’s what this booking was meant for. Showed them a video of the issue, but they seemed uninterested. Felt like they didn’t want to deal with it from the start- possibly as it’s a warranty issue. Disappointing

Excellent experience at Volvo Sth Yarra. Maddie went above and beyond to make sure we understood all options and on picking up the car, she was excellent running us through everything. Don’t go anywhere else if you are looking for a Volvo
