Efficient quick and extremely professionàl
Service staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure they rectified any issues with the car. 5* for the staff. Only reason it’s 4* is due to the courtesy car provided being filthy inside.
I called into the Volvo garage as I had an issue with the tyre pressure warning. I was greeted by Simon who could not have been more helpful. Within minutes my car was taken into the workshop and had a new tyre fitted and all the tyres were switched around to achieve best balance. I was told to wait and given a delicious and very welcome coffee. While there all the staff especially the girl on reception and Courtney who prepared the bill were so respectful and helpful. Had such a great experience with Volvo Shrewsbury. George made the whole process really smooth and nothing was ever too much trouble.
