Brilliant service by the lady. Explained everything regarding the service and explained every query I had. She also mentioned what service was required on the vehicle unlike the other dealer in Wolverhampton who were adamant that vehicle required a major service. I would 100% recommend Volvo in Shrewsbury over Wolverhampton.
The whole purchase experience was carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. The paperwork involved retaining my number plate and this was explained to me thus negating any concerns on my part. At hand over all aspects of my car were explained together with the new technologies that were on the car. A smooth process all round. Well done
