Missed a brake issue during regular maintenance and was left with little to worn out brake pads which they should of caught. They then were inflexible with pickup times, sales is open but not service and made me wait an hour to pick up. Also no discount or anything for their errors. 2 thumbs down on the service would be mindful to not fully trust the maintenance checks and them not take accountability

My car sat unusable for two months because of their lies. I needed a new windshield. They told me there’s a national “windshield shortage” and they can schedule me a few months out but don’t know when they can get a windshield for me. I trusted them and figured I’ll wait. A month later I call and still no windshield. Another month later I call and still nothing. Then I ask around and call other shops. There’s no shortage and everyone else has OEM windshields or can order them from Volvo within a few days. So I got my car fix... read more

Rude and hostile for no reason. I had a basic service scheduled and the advisor talked over me, interrupted me and acted like a jerk. Although I had an appointment for service and drove some distance to go to this dealership, I told the advisor no thank you and cancelled the appointment on the spot. I am not giving my money to a dealership that shows zero interest in my business.
