Three stars — and that's me meeting in the middle, because this place clearly has a lot of fans. The good, which is real: the staff is friendly, scheduling was easy, and they got my car in and out in about an hour. Plenty of reviewers say the same, and I believe them. I don't know where to begin. My service advisor, Jimmy is always so helpful and since Maddy started she has been wonderful too. I love my S90 and the service I receive from Volvo Cars Sarasota so much that when it came time for another new car, I purchased another Volvo. Kyle and Rae were instrumental in the sales and finance. No sales pressure, patiently answered my questions, and offered suggestions. Dealer fees were appropriate, unlike some others in the area. Thank you!
Jimmy the assistant service manager and the entire team with Sarasota Volvo are amazing. I would like to give a special thank you to Jimmy for going way out of his way to help me out. Jimmy was attentive to my needs and acted swiftly and professionally. I can't thank Jimmy enough for all he did. I would highly recommend this service department.
