Glendy, the Sales Manager has helped us many times over the years and always gives us Five Star service. Everyone has always been friendly and professional. And, you can't beat a Volvo! My bedroom is bigger than their service waiting lounge. It’s packed with people knee to knee. $155 oil change, $750 maintenance, expensive nice Volv vehicles and I’m walking on Tamiami to find a place to sit. They are really good about making you feel less human with their attitude when you tell them your concerns about your under warranty vehicle.
