Went in for oil change only. They ended up doing multiple inspections and this is what I found out after 1.5 weeks. My engine coolant cap was left opened on the side with the cover unlocked. My engine is probably damaged. I will see what they do about this case.
The dealership is amazing one to deal with , top down .David , Frankie and Paloma are extremely professional, helpful and made us feel very much part of the Volvo family and we never had such experience before even though we had Volvos from 2019 - so glade we made drive to LA from San Diego , they gave an awesome deal , no bait and switch tactics when we arrived and the car was waiting cleaned and in an hour or so we were out driving the new car and returning our old one - unreal . I just had the best car shopping experience at Santa Monica Volvo. Frankie was absolutely amazing. I just began my shopping process...and have never seen a Volvo before. He was super kind, very knowledgeable, and overall a great guy. I didn't feel pushed, rushed, or intimidated in any way. Frankly, it felt like I was working with a good friend.
