Jerome at the parts desk was a pleasure to deal with. Found me some info I needed quickly and with a great attitude. Always great working with this parts desk.
Got the product needed, but had problems with the online ordering process....was given the help to have my order completed..hopefully this was just a blip, and I can order products if and when needed
Very poor communication and feed back. Pulling teeth trying get a professional response. Surprised these days as customer service can make or break your business with competitive services both online and traditional mortar and brick. Would not recommend if you are looking to build a long term business relationship.
