I have been a loyal Volvo owner for more than eight years and have purchased my vehicles from this dealership. Car not ready when promised
On Sunday evening, we had a tire blow out on the NY State Thruway. With 75 miles left on our trip, rather than risk driving that distance on the donut now on our leased 2025 Volvo XC60, understanding we’d be unable to get a new tire tonight, we checked into a local hotel 15 miles from Ramsey Volvo Service department. We have a Volvo XC40 and have been dealing with an issue with the car seat for years. The driver car seat just stopped working and we've taken it to a couple of dealers and other mechanics and no one seemed to figure out what was wrong with it. But Volvo Ramsey FIXED IT in no time. They were very professional, up front with the costs, quick to resolve and responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT for your Volvo service needs.
**UPDATE 5/15/26 ** Responding to the owner's comments: 1. The UVeye scan was taken at 9:28 AM the morning AFTER my after-hours drop-off. The car was on your lot for 12+ hours and handled by your staff before any documentation was made — I asked for the lot camera footage covering that window. That request was never answered. 2. Your service manager's exact words were that the damage was captured "when the vehicle came off the tow truck." The car was never towed — I drove it in myself, which indicates no one looked into this... read more
