I had a great experience buying my V90 cross country in 2017 and have used Poole for servicing etc ever since, despite living 35 miles away. The only one time I went to my local dealer it made me realise why it is worth driving to Poole for their care and attention to detail. Great communications and standard of work.
Dropping the car off was straight forward and the team on the desk were really welcoming. I was shown around my courtesy car as it was an electric model and different to what I normally drive and the gentleman was so patient and helpful. The service was done by 2pm the same day and collection was so easy. Thank you so much.
