My experience here was not great. When I arrived, I was told the facility was experiencing an internet outage and that there would be a delay diagnosing the issue on my Volvo S60 because of the need for internet access in order to do so. I waited for hours and the internet was still down. Despite that, I was told that the issue that brought me in, a broken wire in the door, had somehow been diagnosed. They kept me waiting for 3 weeks for a car and after 3 weeks they told me it might take an other 5 weeks. They cost me my time and my money. Don’t recommend at all very slow.

I can not express enough how this Volvo svc center is so involved and looking out for the customers best interest. From the very 1st time I went to them for maintenance svc, they treat and communicate with you like they really care and you are a human, not a dollar sign. They didn't recharge me for an oil change or air filters that I had done elsewhere, they only charged me for what I did need to be done.
