It’s been over three months since my car has been with them. I don’t understand these other reviews cause my experience so far has been SHOCKING. My new Volvo had to come here due to faults to do with the water entering the car after a storm. This affected the battery of the electric car, and it completely malfunctioned in January. We picked up our new car today from Volvo Parramatta and had a wonderful experience. The team was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout. Their thoughtful gesture towards our toddler meant a lot to us. Excellent customer service that made the entire experience smooth, memorable, and truly special.
