Rude parts and accessories representative. I had rung to enquire abour the front and rear brake rotor sizing for a 2022 XC40 was told they can't get that information cause they don't have to know. And to simply 'measure them'. Was a really simple question, one that a car manufacturer should know.. even provided the VIN as i know there are various rotors sizes depending on model and spec.
Had a very positive experience with Chira in the purchase of our XC60. Keep us updated with the vehicle arrival date, and followed up after purchase to enquire if everything was going well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Let's see what the after-sale service team is like. Thanks guys!!
Hard to get my deposit back for the hopeless EX90, 3 weeks since first contact still nothing happened. Updates: Change the rating to 4 stars as Skye has helped it out for the refund.
Great experience purchasing our new XC90 from Volvo Parramatta. Working with Chira was completely hassle free, easy and informative. He answered many (many!) questions, and kept us constantly in the loop on the arrival of our car. We also feel that we got a great deal - much better experience with Chira at Volvo than with other dealers we’ve checked out. Highly recommend!
Pretty awful experience had booked in for a test drive, but never got near a car. Waited around for 30 mins, but staff always seemed too busy. Watched a couple of walk ins get assisted by the staff even though they knew we had been waiting. Left in frustration, and got told at the door sorry they would call us back. Never called.
