I purchased a Volvo XC60 from your Parramatta dealership in 2023. At the time, I was told that a Volvo umbrella was out of stock, but I was assured it would be provided later and that I would be contacted once it arrived. Despite multiple follow-ups, including a visit in person, I have not received the umbrella or any communication. It is now 2025, and this unfulfilled promise reflects poorly on the dealership’s commitment to customer service. I respectfully request that this matter be resolved promptly. I had a great experience with Volvo Parramatta. Lenny, Peter, Jadd, and the whole team were professional, patient, and attentive. They responded quickly and provided excellent service.
I was invited to Volvo Parramatta for their special sales event and wasted half a day there, only to be told their system wasn’t working to calculate the trade-in value of my car. I was assured I’d get a call back by the end of the day so we could finalise the deal the next day (since the event was running until then). The promised call never came. I dropped into Volvo Cars Parramatta just to have a look, I’d never even sat in a Volvo before. Lenny greeted us warmly and asked if we needed help.
