Bait-and-switch experience. I was extremely unhappy with the sudden addition of a $2,000 “Dogwood Promise fee” that was introduced at the very last minute. Throughout all of my prior conversations, this fee was never mentioned. I was then told it could not be removed under any circumstances. This felt deceptive and unprofessional. I will not be purchasing from them again.
I always get great service at Volvo of Winchester. I bought my current XC90 there, and This is my second one and I’ve had both serviced there for many years.They’re very professional and provide great information to let me plan mindful maintenance of my XC 90. It’s a great car too!
There’s a reason I’ve been dealing with them for many years. Good people, good service, and fair treatment.
