I discovered a.differential leak and control arms issues, and android connection isues in my cpo xc60 bought in 2025. Called Great Neck Service and got Jackie, Service Mgr. She put me at complete ease. She is genuine, professional, and a superb listener who put me at ease. I live far from the Service Dept. She got a Lyft ride home and kept me up to speed on the repair progress and even got me a ride back to pick up the fixed car. Even got a free detailing outside/inside haha.
