Very bad customer service. They are not cordial and polite. Even they didn’t respond your call. Wasting time and money. They deserve less than 1 star.
They have serviced my car multiple times and only once did I have an issue with a service member. But my recent visit was outstanding. Top-notch service. I had Kyle as my advisor and he has great communication skills! Very easy to approach and is very informative. He was quick and answered all my questions. If you get your car serviced here, please ask for Kyle and I promise you will be in good hands. Thanks again Kyle!
Working with Jackie as our service rep was great. From start to finish she was professional and kept us in the loop even on her day off! We specially came to this service department because they accepted our third party warranty for our Volvo. Jackie worked with our warranty company filing claims on our behalf and took pictures of our car for the warranty company. She went above and beyond to make sure our claims were approved. I dont understand why they dont give a print out of the services requested when you get there to check in your car. Coming glen cove volvo, its a whole different experience. The waiting room isnt inviting, the experience isnt personable.
I can no longer recommend this service department. A few weeks ago I brought my wife’s car for service. There was zero communication between the service advisor and myself outside of dropping the car off and him setting the expectations for a timeframe. I waited the timeframe, then texted and called looking for an update. I never got a call or text back. However, my wife did receive a message later that day when the car was ready to be picked up.
